Here’s the fine print:
- A 50% upfront payment is required to begin a project. The final 50% payable within 30-days after final draft has been approved.
- There is a corresponding 20% “rush fee” for projects that need to be completed within 48 hours, and 40% for work assigned on Thursday/Friday that needs to be completed on Monday/Tuesday.
- If a project is canceled during research stage and prior to writing the first draft, there is a corresponding “kill fee” of 50% (which is practically the down payment).
- Should you decide to kill a project after the first draft has been submitted, the writer is entitled to full payment.
- There are two revisions included to each project. Any additional revision will have a corresponding fee to be agreed upon before the start of the project.
- Non-Compete Agreements? Writer is a former Boy Scout and will never put name and business at stake to actively and willingly take clients away from you.
